Monkey’s Woodworks started out as a love affair with reclaimed wood and for creating different pieces from all the wood I’d recovered and stockpiled, rather than see it all ending up in a landfill or being burned away in fireplaces. I felt the time was right to take this passion of mine and work on creating handmade, unique, individual solid wood items and took the opportunity to then turn it into a business, so Monkey’s Woodworks was born. I’ve taken this passion and enthusiasm for wood and have worked to design and create items that people will find interesting and want to have in their homes or office, buy for their beloved pets or as gifts for friends or loved ones.
They say it isn’t work if you love what you do and I absolutely love spending my days doing this…..I hope you love the things I create as much as I love making them.
